Peter Russell-Clarke

Peter Russell-Clarke is an icon of the Australian media, with a career dating back decades in print, television and radio. His iconic TV show Come And Get It was the first cooking show to popularise the genre in Australia, but it is his multi-faceted approach to life and a thirst for knowledge that makes him a fascinating speaker on many topics.

His working life began as a political cartoonist for newspapers where his intelligence and skills as an artist combined with a sense of humour to make comment on the issues of the day. He still displays that wit and unique viewpoint today.

That led to a series of engagements and ultimately allowed his personality to fill out TV screens with his cooking show. He has written, produced and presented more than 900 TV shows and documentaries, and has books on many topics ready to publish.

As a speaker he can cover topics such as:

  • Environmental Issues.
  • Coaching and speaking to chefs in the corporate environment on how to improve nutritional foods and be more creative in menu planning.
  • The Art of Painting, outlining techniques and style.
  • Food History, especially nutrition and well-being.
  • Indigenous issues with knowledge built from his time living in the outback.

Peter travels from Melbourne.
