Jeremy Scott first battled the odds when he was four.
Surgery to repair a hole in his heart gave him a chance at a long life, but it also played on his mind and his sense of adventure as he wondered what to do with his life as he meandered through his 20s and 30s.
One day while resting in his London flat, his head started to fill with the crazy ideas of riding back to home in Auckland. And because he was looking for meaning, he’d do it all raising money for various international Heart Foundations.
In the process he had the adventure of a lifetime enduring an extraordinary journey lasting 2.5 years travelling solo on a bike for 52,000km from London to Auckland that highlights the agony and ecstasy of his trek in the pages of his book.
Jeremy is an engaging speaker who will inspire and entertain.
